Privacy Policy & cookies

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. Please be aware that our website like pretty much every other website uses anonymous analytical tracking cookies; this is just so we will know where our visitors come from, how many visits we've had and which pages have been visited etc. When you make a purchase from our online store cookies are used as an essential part of the order tracking process. We just wanted to let you know so that you can switch cookies off in your browser if you prefer but please note that you will then be unable to purchase anything! 


Timescales and Delivery

For custom stamps we normally take less than a week to dispatch following your initial enquiry, sending you a PDF or jpeg proof via email and making the stamp following your approval. If for any reason things look like taking longer, we'll always keep you informed. And if it is urgent, do tell us and we'll try to beat any deadline you have to meet.

We will soon be adding various standard or stock stamps and other items such as arbor presses. For these our policy will be to dispatch the next working day following day of purchase.

All items will be sent either by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, or for heavier items we use UPS next day delivery to the UK mainland. Remote areas such as the Scotttish Highlands may take longer to deliver. For all other locations please contact us before ordering so we can provide an individual shipping quote.

Refunds and Cancellations

For all bespoke stamps we require full payment upon approval of submitted proof. Once we have made the stamp/stamps we will be unable to offer refunds or take cancellations, purely because they are bespoke and therefore of no use to anyone else if you change your mind. However, in the unlikely event (we have stringent quality control) of having taken delivery you find the product to be faulty please return it by recorded delivery with your description of the problem within 30 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund.

For all other non-bespoke stamps and products if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within one month by signed for delivery stating your reasons for return and we will issue a full refund provided the reasons are genuine.
